Delete Your TENAR Account
You can permanently delete your TENAR account and associated data either from inside the app or by sending a deletion request from the email address linked to your TENAR account.
Option 1: Delete in the app
Fastest option
Open TENAR and go to
Profile → Preferences → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your
account and the data associated with it.
Option 2: Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your TENAR account and use a subject
line such as TENAR account deletion request.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account profile, climbing logs, training data, preferences, and related social links are deleted.
- Your authentication record is removed from our identity provider.
- Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
